Today we're having some fun...Yesterday I watched More Fast Food My Way with Jacques Pepin on PBS with Michael and Sarah (my son and his girlfriend). It was a great fun menu, so we decided to make it ourselves today. So tonight, we're making Salmon Burgers, Tibetan Bread and Caesar Salad (which is actually Martha Stewart's Caesar Dressing recipe. Dinner.

Ok, this is fun. I saw this recipe on one of my favorite cooking shows on PBS - Jacques Pepin, Fast Food My Way. It airs on PBS Channel 13 in the late afternoon on Saturdays. The coating is made from a can of flash fried onions from the can - the kind you put on the top of your Green Bean Casserole at Thanksgiving. Amazing. Who'd uh thunk it????
