Homemade Mini Fish Bites (forget about pressed fish)
Makes about 12 small fish bites
2 6-ounce halibut filets
1 egg
1 tsp. water
1 cup Ritz Cracker Crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
olive oil spray
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut halibut lengthwise into bite sized sticks. Any size is fine.
