Those of you who know me might be wondering why I chose to share recipes for the Jewish Spring festival of Passover, when, in fact, I’m not Jewish. If you’re like me, you have friends who are of the Jewish faith, but the Passover holiday is a bit of a mystery to you. You.

My dream of actually doing something with my passion for food and cooking has finally come true. In June of this year I became the new Food Columnist for Fort Worth Texas Magazine, the city's glossy monthly magazine.
