Vegas Uncork’d 2009

How do I begin to tell you how fabulous the Vegas Uncorked event was? With photos I guess….just scroll down and see all the great chefs we got to meet – not to mention seeing Barbara Fairchild, editor-in-chief of Bon Apetite. Biggest thrill of all was standing next to Daniel Boulud and Hubert Keller. It was pretty amazing.

Ed and I attended the wine dinner at Bradley Ogden, where we ate the most wonderful meal I’ve ever had. The next day I went to a sushi-making, sake-tasting event with Andrew Knowlton (perhaps the most fabulous-looking man in the universe!) and then we attended the Grand Tasting event at the pool at Caesar’s Palace, where we tasted morsels from just about every restaurant in Las Vegas.Oh – and did I tell you that all of this was put together by my wonderful husband Ed. The very best husband in the entire world.

Then I was home in time for Mother’s Day! The Perfect Weekend~
